Room available in a lovely 4 bed house in the Old Basford area of Nottingham, a short walk from the tram stop (trams leaving every 6 minutes and take 15 mins into the city centre).

The house is spread over 3 floors with a double en suite room available on the middle floor, fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, drawers.

It's a new build so everything is new, clean and sparkly. There is a 2 car drive and plenty of on street parking. The area feels safe and quiet (especially since it's a cul de sac), yet easy to get into town or to the motorway.

About us - friendly, easy going, it'd be good to find another friendly housemate who is up for a chat or drink now and again! Enjoy nights in as well as out.
