Smart Double Room In 3 Bed Property With Furniture

Situated on a nice residential street with quick access onto the A614 and A38. .
Have a small back garden which is kept clean and tidy. A drive way for of street parking and also a garage if needed.
My home has been newly refurbished with new carpets etc. bath/shower. 2 toilets.
Kitchen. Dining area/ living room.
The walls in the bedroom are neautral. 3 wardrobes and a set of draws available. And double bed with a memory foam mattress. Curtains and blinds up too. There is the wires etc for the tv on the wall all is needed is the tv.
Im a hairdresser work alot late evenings etc.
My dog is friendly and loving I would except someone with a dog but it has to get on with Rosie.
Im looking for Someone who is clean and tidy, easy going and happy :) and who doesn't take the mick.
Phone reception is great 4g i get. I dont have broadband or sky as i wouldnt get the use out of it, if wi-if is needed I can get it if needs be.
A reference from a employer is also required.
Will consider full time lodger if right person for £90 pw.
