Single Room - Central Rainworth

single room, with wardrobe, table and single bed in warm, friendly bungalow with front garden and back patio and garage with storage space. I have two budgies so no cats please. However, the odd small clean dog is welcome! You would share a large bright kitchen with me and also a lounge. There is a telly in the bedroom also. I am disabled so there is certain equipment in the bathroom. Providing this does not put you off then please apply. I try and keep the bungalow clean and tidy and enjoy doing the washing! However, i dont like doing pots so have a dishwasher. I am on benefits myself and dont mind someone who is also on benefits.
