Hi the room on offer is a beautiful loft room, the room is very large and has sleeping area at one end and lounge/office/ex sleeping area at the other end
At the moment there is a fold away bed up there as the last tenant had his son visit so was ideal for him as it is a very flexible space, lots of storage and it is a furnished room with chest of drawers and desk/ dressing table, it has a double bed and is very modern and has great views over mapperley and arnold, you do have to share the main bathroom with 2 others however this has never caused any problems before
It is a very large bathroom with power shower and separate bath and toilet, and there is a second toilet on ground floor in utility room, the room comes with sky and broadband which are included in the cost, you have full use of the rest of the house and large garden, an amazing kitchen with every pot, dish and appliance you could wish for inc dishwasher, range cooker and double mirror fronted fridge and freezer, in the utility is washing machine and dryer, there is lovely dining room attached to kitchen which is ideal entertaining space and very large lounge with large flat screen tv and also sky, the garden is karge and well maintained and i don't mind if your children stay occasionally, i am a very easy going lady and we have a lovely happy home and we do have some fun, at the moment there is a large 12ft pool in the garden along with patio furniture and bbq for when the weather is nice, there is also a garage you will have some use of and a space for parking on the drive, redhill is a lovely peaceful upmarket area of arnoldbut very close to any amenity you could want, arnold town centre is only 5 mins walk as ate the buses into nottingham and the journey into the centre if nottingham takes around 20 mins by bus and 10 by car, there are a range of local pubs, restaurants, a library, health centre, dentist, supermarket, etc all within 5 min walk .
I have 3 little well behaved doggies who everyone falls in love with and they are ready and waiting to greet you
When you come home, we are a very friendly place and i am looking for someone who can fit in to our relaxed style of living, the house is kept immaculate by myself and so you need to be tidy and clean up after yourself especially in the kitchen apart from that you do as as you please if you are interested in viewing please het in touch asap as this is a fab room and beautiful home and the room went within 2 days last time i advertised it and he was first one to view
