Excellent large (SINGLE OCCUPANCY) double rooms to let in Retford.

The accomodation is aimed at people who visit the area for business / work and tourism.

The rooms are serviced on a regular basis i. e. fresh bedding is provided / changed and the rooms are cleaned.

Kitchen facilities are available.

Rooms 1 and 2 are en suite.

This accommodation is **NOT** suitable for night shift workers, anyone reverting to nights during their stay would have to find alternative accommodation.

All rent is to be paid in advance.

**PLEASE NOTE- This is not a house share, you must be visiting the area and have a permanent address elsewhere.**

Weekly prices are for seven nights.

En suite rooms = £120 per week.

Non en suite = £100 per week.

Nightly prices are charged at £30 per night.

If you stay for say 9 nights then you will be charged the weekly rate plus £30 per night for two nights and so on.

If you pay for the week but leave early then if any refund is due your stay will be calculated according to the nightly rate of £30 per night.
