The house has a modern kitchen looking out onto a small garden, with washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle, etc. And the bedroom is a decent size with a double bedroom, and cupboards. and has access to a shared bathroom. And there is a small living room place/ snug.

The house is near amenities, such as local shops and buses to Newark, Tuxford and Nottingham, and 6 mins walks to the train station and 20 mins walk to Retford town centre,

Would like someone who is clean and tidy, and hopefully is honest and considerate.

Bills excluded from rent, £20 per month. Electric Bill not included.

The house is spacious and has a male flatmate, and (a female flatmate who just lives there on the weekends). Not a couple.
