The available room

This is a lovely, furnished, single room, with bed, chest of drawers, chair and single built in wardrobe with shelf above and below hanging space.
The room is heated by an electric radiator, and is west facing (stunning sunsets!!!). The view through the window is directly over the River Idle, overlooking a field of horses on the other side.
Your bedroom will be cleaned for you at least fortnightly, and bed linen washed and changed for you too.
There will be use of a shared bathroom (recently refitted!) with shower, sink and a forthcoming loo (a second loo downstairs too).
Shared lounge and shared reading room / conservatory, both overlooking river.
Shared kitchen with breakfast table (use of microwave, electric cooker, washing maching and fridge).
Parking either on the drive or some parking spaces opposite the house.
