I have three rooms to rent in a lovely four bedroom home in Ruddington.

There is 1 double room available sharing the main bathroom with one other female.

The house is fairly new and modern and is located in Ruddington a village approx 5 miles from the centre of Nottingham. The village has a range of shops and the house is close to a bus route.

The shared facilities include, Living room, kitchen with dishwasher and usual appliances, Conservatory being used as a dining room, and spare room soon to be made into a study. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and main bathroom.

I'm ideally looking for professional/postgrad female lodgers between 25-35 years of age, who are clean, tidy, fun and sociable. Ideally looking for people we can be friends with and have fun be it on a night out or a girly night in.
