Big double room & bathroom in Sawley, Long Eaton

I have a double room available in a 3 storey town house in the quiet village of Sawley near Long Eaton. It is close to the M1 and A50 which allows easy access to Derby/Nottingham and the surrounding villages. There is also a Skylink bus stop opposite the house which provides a frequent 24 hour service to East Midlands Airport and Nottingham city centre. Long Eaton train station is a 10 minute walk away.

The house has a toilet, a living room and kitchen downstairs, with a secure garage and a nice garden. I live alone in a room on the top floor with my own toilet/shower and bath.

The middle floor has a family bathroom, a large double room and a study/spare room, none of which are currently in use so they are all yours! There is 1 parking space on the drive, but plenty of on street parking in a quiet cul de sac.

The cost includes all water, gas and electricity bills, as well as unlimited broadband, netflix, sky television and a fortnightly cleaner.

I am looking for a professional housemate to help share bills, ideally a clean/tidy non smoker without pets, although I could probably stomach a well behaved cute cat, providing it doesn't have its own outfits and a ridiculous name.

I'm very sociable and easy going, I enjoy a beer at the weekend, but teach at a primary school and need my sleep during weeknights, so no midweek ravers please.
