I have a large, furnished (white Ikea furniture) double room in my house in Sherwood Short walk to City Hospital and main bus routes into City Centre. Close to local shops, supermarkets take-aways, restaurants and pubs.
It is a friendly, relaxed household where we enjoy and respect each others privacy. It is double glazed and centrally heated and the room is light, south facing with a large bay window and TV point (TV if required too) Shared use of bathroom (with power shower) and toilet. Also kitchen with all white goods and large cosy lounge with TV and patio doors to the rear gardens. Patio with brick built barbeque and patio furniture, plus rotary dryer. ALL BILLS plus WI-FI are included in the rent.
It is in a quiet, tree lined neighbourhood with pleasant outlooks.
