En-suite double room in modern house for rent

Hi,

My names Louise and I am looking for a house mate to share my lovely house with me.

I live in Sherwood with my two cats, who are adorable and very friendly.

I am 24 and commute to Sheffield every day. I work nights ( BOOOO) but hopefully not for too much longer.

I am clean and tidy and respectful of others and expect the same in return from any one I live with. (No midweek parties and unexpected semi-naked men in the kitchen in the morning...it has happened and it is awkward!)

The house itself is a 3 bed 3 storey town house with a lovely garden, on street parking is available.

For £450 all bills are included and as well as an ensuite double room, you also get your own living room, making the only "communal room" the kitchen. That's not to say i am an unsociable recluse - I can just appreciate the need for your own space at the end of the day!
