Double room available in a houseshare

Double room in a 3 bedroom house - another bedroom is a home office (slash music room) and of course the other one is my room :). The room is furnished to an extent but the things available were the hand-me-downs I've since replaced from when I moved out, so it's up to you whether you want to use them or not. You'd have your own bathroom as I've got an en suite and I'm not one of those guys who has locks on every door to keep you out, I'd much rather be on a friendly basis with the person living in my home! I'm a 20/yo professional web developer - my work schedule changes around a lot depending on who I'm working with so sometimes I'll be working from home and other times I'll be on site. The house is really well located on a new build behind the old Carrington bakery (which conveniently is now a tesco express!). Great transport links as it's across the road from a bus stop and within walking distance from town (roughly 15-20 mins). There's a gym nearby and a green across the road which is great in the summer. Also has two off-road parking spaces and a garage. Ideally looking to get about £350 a month which is inclusive of everything, and ideally someone around my age if possible. Being clean is an absolute deal breaker too, I don't want to clean the house on my own all the time! Last but not least, I've got a 7 month old golden retriever but he's lovely :)
