We are renting out a lovely double room with fantastic views across Nottingham & Woodthorpe Park and ten minutes from Nottingham City Centre.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table & desk. Although the room can be left unfurnished if you have your own furniture.

The house itself is a 3 bed right on the Sherwood/Mapperley border and a stones throw from major bus routes into the city, shops including Aldi & Sainsburys, Woodthorpe Park, and local shops and good pubs.

We have a large, high-spec kitchen with dining table and seating area leading to bi-fold doors which give you direct access to our south facing garden. The sunsets are incredible, trust us.. and you can see these from your bedroom every night!

All bills are included in the rent and we can also offer off road parking, main (shared) bathroom with rainshower, downstairs loo & separate utility room for drying laundry.
The street is a no-thru road and so very quiet with plenty of space for on street parking, as well as the off road parking we can offer.

We are aged 26 and 34 and both work full time in education and publishing. In our spare time we both enjoy cooking, walking, cycling and travel.

We are looking for either a professional or mature student to live with who is friendly and considerate.
