Close to Mansfield, Sutton and Nottingham, the A38 and a 5 minute drive from Junction 28. Kings mill Hospital is only a 5 minute walk away.

This fully furnished house comprises of two double bedrooms a large shared kitchen, lounge, bath & shower room, plus an extra toilet downstairs.

Also a fully equipped gym is available to use in the garage attached to the property, comprising of running machine and a range of weight equipment and stereo system for motivation!

A decorated double room is available with a double bed, triple wardrobe set and desk is available if required. Please see Pictures.

Would suit a professional female ideally Monday to Friday, but 7 days a week will also be considered.
Medical students/Doctors are welcome due to the location.

The house has a main communal living room with a flat screen tv, Sky, wifi and broadband. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and all other basic facilities.

Outside there is a nice garden, patio and BBQ area for those lovely sunny days to come. Also a great local Fox & Crown pub is only a Stones throw away!

About me.
Laid back single professional Firefighter, works shifts, down to earth, loves to laugh and very sociable. I do enjoy going out at weekends to walk the very friendly trained dog, then I socialise with friends at night.

The ideal house mate would ideally be a professional individual, who is clean and house trained and respects everything within the property.

A deposit, which can be discussed, will be required.
