This 3-storey house has two light and spacious reception rooms, a large kitchen and a downstairs bathroom. There is also a separate WC on the second floor, next to the room offered. There is a small yard outside. The house is very quiet.

You will be sharing with a friendly young-professional couple (we are mid-twenties)- we have the bedroom on the top floor and use the other two bedrooms as offices.
Sneinton is a good area to live in- it is a ten minute walk to the city centre and there are buses every 8 minutes. There is a CO-OP less than a minutes walk from the house. There is also on-road parking outside the house if you need it.
