Beautiful double bed with super-duper clean mattress. Cotton bed linen and clean duvet/pillows and towels provided if needed.

Brand new microwave, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee are all ready for you in the room – perfect for those late night snacks.

Bring your own furniture or use what is already there – I have plenty more if it’s not what you need.

Small, new sink unit with hot and cold water in the room also.

All rooms in my house have wired in smoke alarms and there is a monoxide monitor downstairs as I have a log burner. Dorothy my Jack Russell spends most of her time parked in front of it!

Very well appointed new kitchen with American fridge-freezer and every bit of equipment you could possibly want. There is a large heated cellar (untidy!) if you need to store suitcases etc.

Two bathrooms so there is never a queue. Family bathroom re-furbished Dec 2015 to exceptional standard with underfloor heating.

Small, pretty backyard just completed, quiet and very private - perfect for star-gazing and al-fresco dining. LOTS of fresh herbs and currently spinach.

Historic part of Nottingham with banks, doctors, dentists, supermarkets, pub with log fire and a really lovely little library……..all literally on the doorstep. Very friendly avenue with fantastic neighbours.

Current lodger Jack (sadly now finished his Masters and off back home) says “nothing is too much trouble for my landlady".

Would suit a quiet professional person who wants 'responsibility-free' lodgings or a student who wants to get a first!

It is worth mentioning that this isn't a shared house and there isn't a communal living room. This is a private family residence.
