Furnished/unfurnished double room. Bills included

I am looking for someone to share the house I will be moving into towards the beginning of December. The house is fully furnished however if you have your own stuff I will happily move out the stuff currently in your bedroom, and make space for other things also. The house is has two double bedrooms, two reception rooms, kitchen, one bathroom, with bath and shower, parking and a garden.
20 min on a bus, or 10 min drive into Nottingham City centre.
I'm looking for someone to share a home with not just someone to have a room. I am a young female but I am a professional worker and not your typical partygoer, not that I don't go out often, more I like my house to be my home not somewhere for people to crash at if you get my drift.
I'm ideally looking for someone like me, who's sociable but sensible. Fun but professional. I'm probably making myself sound really boring, I'm not!
Basically I'm looking for someone who works and gets that having people round partying till the early hours on a Wednesday night is not cool. But who is also fun, likes to socialise, go out, all that stuff. I'm fine with smokers, I smoke but never in the house.
I'm having a new bathroom fitted at the moment and having some work done in the kitchen, so I can provide pics but it will most likely look different soon.
Oh and also must like dogs as I have one (he's very friendly, not overly friendly though…)
