There is a large lounge and kitchen/diner and beautiful outdoor space, with car parking available. There is the opportunity to use the garage.
Easy access to Nottingham, Derby and J25 M1, A52, and the tram system at Bardill's, trains and buses. There is a huge Tesco, Post Office, Library and other shops nearby.
Would suit student or professional, privacy would be respected.
We have two dogs very fiendly though so if you like dogs this is the room for you !would prefer female
