One room is available in this luxury house in West Bridgford. There are two bedrooms upstairs which share a bathroom. One of these rooms, a lovely large beamed room, is presently available. The leased tenant has the other room upstairs. Another lodger has a downstairs bedroom. There is a good size eat in kitchen with range oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc. In the utility area there is a washing machine and dryer. There are two reception rooms, a very large, bright lounge/ dining room with large screen TV with Sky Sports and a second sitting room with table and TV (again with Sky) to allow people to have different preferences when watching TV! There is also a separate toilet downstairs and laundry room. There is a small bedroom upstairs in addition to the other two with a futon in it (for friends to stay on occasional evenings). There is driveway parking, however the house is also on a bus route into Nottingham. In the garage there is a weights machine which you are welcome to access. The garden is well kept and has two patios and a barbecue area, again which you are welcome to use. All bills (except telephone) are included, including wifi access. The room is available immediately. The price is £450 for the room upstairs and £500 for the ensuite room downstairs. .
