Bathroom has been completely refurbished, and fitted with a free standing bath and walk in shower. House has 2 large extremely comfortable sofas and a dining room. The garden has decking, garden furniture and an outdoor table tennis table.

A cleaner will come every fortnight and do all rooms, not just the communal ones.

There is a double room available with is on the first floor adjacent to the bathroom. This room also comes with a connected virgin TV box. Fully furnished with double bed, comfy mattress, wardrobe and a large chest of draws.

The house is 5 mins from ASDA and other good quality local shops. Award winning chip shop and excellent Indian and Chinese takeaways are also nearby. West Bridgford High Street is 2 minutes walk away, which has a host of bars, restaurants and coffee shops which we like to visit often! Oh and if you can help us in the pub quiz it would be greatly appreciated...

There are frequent buses into Nottingham and surrounding areas from a bus stop which is 2 mins walk away. Also plenty of free on street parking outside the property and the surrounding streets.

Current house mates socialise frequently, and this property is ideal for anyone wanting to make new friends; but who also wants the advantages of having a whole house between 3 people.
