Double bedroom in Victorian house on quiet street

Spacious double bedroom available in a Victorian end-terraced house. The street is quiet and the neighbours are lovely and friendly.

10 minute walk to Central Avenue, 5 minute walk to Asda and the river and there is a bus stop at the end of the street with very regular buses to the city centre.

On-street parking is available. There is a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and large attic room.

The room is currently furnished but you would be welcome to add any of your own furniture or items to it. It has a large built-in wardrobe/cupboard so lots of storage for clothes, etc!

This is the first time I have rented a room out. I am looking for a female aged late twenties to late thirties ideally. I am quite a busy person but it would be nice to find someone who I have things in common with, to chat to and socialise with.

I have 2 cats so I'm afraid you'd have to put up with them too!

I work 9-5, Monday-Friday and am usually busy several evenings a week so I'm sure we wouldn't be living out of each other's pockets but it would be nice to become friends rather than just housemates.

I have included most bills in the rent, including Council tax, gas, electricity and water.
