3 double bedroom flat in West Bridgford! :)

Looking for a third person to share a 3 double bedroom flat in West Bridgford!
Great location in relation to town and also Clifton campus, and within easy walking distance of Central Avenue in WB. Reasonable size and condition, pretty new, definitely good value for money. The rooms are good sizes, and are furnished with the basics, including a double bed in each room and all standard utilities.

We are a male and female both in our final year at Nottingham Trent uni (humanities students) and we are easy going, pretty clean, low maintenance people just looking for a third person for our flatshare as our friend had to drop out. We are not fussed about who you are although we would prefer another easy going, relatively clean person, preferably male but that's not essential :)

Our interests are music, the pub, gaming, comedy, movie nights, walking/camping, anything interesting and fun really! We are both chilled out, low drama people who just want to have a good time in our last year.
