Hello, I have one double bedroom available in my ground floor flat. The flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Lady Bay Area of West Bridgford and offers good transport links to the city centre (15 mins on bus) and is a short 15 min walk from West Bridgford centre with all the shops, bars and cafes. The flat has it's own private entrance and private rear garden and is in a quiet and peaceful location with nice neighbours.

I own the flat myself, although I am away for the majority of the week and only pop in on the odd occasion to catch up with paperwork etc and rarely stay over. This opportunity would suit a mature professional or anyone looking to have a place to themselves for the majority of the time, but with the benefit of only paying flat share prices.

Obviously this wouldn't suit anyone looking for a social flat share. Couples welcome, although the rent will be slightly higher. Bills included, including broadband. Picture available on request.
