West Bridgford (NG2)

Looking to find a nice and tidy housemate to share a spacious and friendly 4 bed house(all bedrooms are double but the one available is much bigger than double). The house is in a good condition and is in a good location near Lady Bay Bridge. It is close to the river, park, bars, shops, sports grounds, bus routes etc. The room available is with the double bed, desk & chair, wardrobe and bedside table (you also can bring your own furniture, the unwanted will be removed from the room). There is also the residents parking directly in front of the house (as well as visitors on the side of the road, no permit required). The house has living room and dinning room, kitchen, storage and bathroom with downstairs toilet, bedroom Nr. 1 on the ground floor as well as a small garden. 2nd floor has three double rooms, bathroom and wc.
The house has all standard features such as central heating, double glazing etc. The house is currently occupied by two females and two males. One of our housemates has left us due to personal reasons :-( so we are looking for a friendly, tidy, easy going person to share this lovely house.
