Mon-Fri Friendly and likeable landlady 😀

Lovely 4 bed detached house in the Compton Acres area of West Bridgford.
I am looking for weekdays only( mon-thurs night) as I need to have my space at the weekend, this may change depending on the person long term
I am in my 50's but by no means ready for carpet slippers yet!! My friends are aged anything between 30 and 50 so I'm no old codger ha, ha!! Far from it
I am a clean and tidy person so whilst I'm not paranoid I do expect my lodger to be respectful of this being my home not a hotel and leave both their own and general rooms used i. e. Bathroom and kitchen as they find them.
I am a professional and would like same. There are 4 bedrooms and I have two double bedrooms, one of which is available as I have a current lodger in the other who is due to leave March 2018. The bedroom is not en suite but mine is so lodgers have use of the main bathroom.
There is a decent sized garden at the back with seating etc which I'm happy for you to enjoy weather permitting lol
There is also parking on the front driveway for two average sized cars.

This is a lovely area which is also near to bus routes into the city, shops within walking distance and the popular centre of West Bridgford for bars and restaurants only 10 minutes in a taxi or bus or a 30 minute walk
I can be away odd nights but generally work at home. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful but also safety wise, we're all very watchful of each other so nothing happens without someone knowing ha, ha!!
Its quite quiet too so no heavy traffic and being a cul de sac means no through traffic either

I generally try and eat before a lodger gets home so they have use of the kitchen for themselves. I'm also respectful of a lodger so don't sit with the TV on loud late at night or I watch on my iPad with earphones, its just being respectful of other people and will expect same. I will supply all towels and bed linen

Compton Acres has some lovely walks and a few duck ponds so remember your bread lol
Viewings weekends only or Friday daytime. It will come down to who I can get on with not just a first come first served basis so if you're not happy with this, please don't apply but I just feel if I share my home we do need to get on
