Double room to rent £450-850/month bills included.

I'm renting a room within my four-bedroomed house in Wilford on a short-term basis for a period of 1-3 months. This is whilst I prepare the house for longer-term rent.

The room is available from 24th January 2022.

Due to my personal situation you will have almost sole use of the property.

On this basis I am flexible as to the rental options:

-For single people, the rent is £500/month
-For couples, the rent is £850/month
-I can rent on a rolling week-by-week basis if required

Monday-Friday lets are considered and the rent can be reduced accordingly.

The advertised room comes furnished with a double bed, under bed storage, chest of drawers and a small clothes rail.

There is a lounge, second reception/dining room and fitted kitchen and bathroom. The house has a lovely garden and parking is available outside at the front. The city centre is only a five mins away on the tram and it is close to the ring road and motorway. The popular areas of Ruddington and West Bridgford are a short distance away.
