Town centre flat, no ensuite, quiet. My spare room will next be available in Spring 2015, 1st February. The simplest way to make enquiries and get responses from me, is via this site, by email. If you have no profile yourself, it will be virtually pointless to express any interest at all. From past experience, I have a preference for female lodgers of any age, but local students are particularly welcome and well suited to the facilities and town centre location, so long as they are able to look after themselves away from their homes. Also, I am open to negotiation over the rent to a student, in order to encourage them to settle in and to make themselves at home.
