House offers spacious bathroom with power shower, a fully equipped kitchen [oven, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all pans, plates etc], downstairs toilet and easy road side parking. The house also boasts a cosy sitting room, dinning room and conservatory. The back garden provides a private outdoor space complete with secure outhouse for bikes and a BBQ. All located with easy access to Abingdon town centre and close to the River Thames.

Rent is £575 per month plus £100 to contribute towards bills, covering council tax, electric, internet etc. £400 security deposit.

We are both sporty active young professionals with a health lifestyle, frequently wake boarding and kite surfing.

Room available on a 3 month contact, if we are all happy we can extend for a longer period as desired. If we are all happy there is no max stay.

Also, are we open for week day only rental for a reduced rate if business professionals need accommodation for work.
