I am very sad to be leaving this property but I am finishing exams and am moving home. I have loved living in the centre of town, as it is a stones throw away from everything you need and there are a lot of local pubs and restaurants. It is also near the main link to Oxford with buses running every 5 mins (City centre, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford Train Station and Didcot Train Station)

The room is very large and could comfortably fit a king size bed, it has ample space for fittings (drawers and wardrobes) and has modern wooden flooring throughout. Fittings for a TV are also already installed in the wall.

The flat is newly refurbished (Jan 2015) and has a new modern shower room and kitchen, washing machine and fridge were also renewed in refurb.

Rent is £425 a month and bills on top are approx £120 this included everything.

Although there is no allocated parking with this property there is some in walking distance ... me and my flat mate have never had an issue with using the bay's outside the flat either as they are empty every night and most days .

A viewing of this room is highly recommended to see the actual size.
