Friendly household between Marina and town centre

Double room also available as single occupancy for £500. Decent sized room with private toilet if preferred. Other tenant is not around much and I am out couple of times a week so if you wish to have a quiet house
in a quiet neighbourhood.. this is for you! Use of lounge when landlady is not in but own separate " lounge" area in loft when weather is warmer. Nice sized garden with patio for everyone. I am a friendly helpful person and always ready to help show people the area and invite you to join in any of my activities or interests to help you settle in.
Few minutes walk from Marina and also nice walk by river to Abingdon centre where you can get bus every 15 mins or so into Oxford until quite late at night.
Over the years my tenants have found it easy to get to Culham Science Park, Milton Park and Harwell Labs by car, bike or bus from home. I am stil in contact with many of them and keep up with their news.
