I have a clean and freshly decorated double room in a 3 bedroom house located in the hardwick area of Banbury. Including a garden.

The house is located in a quiet culdesac with no sound of traffic at any point in the day. Only a 5-10 minute drive to get into the centre of Banbury. Off street parking available. There will be a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with flat screen TV and Wi-Fi included.

I am looking for a respectful and tidy flat mate ideally female to share with only me. I have one cat. I will consider other pets dependant on type and behaviour. I do require a deposit and references. Please just drop me a message if you are interested and have any questions!
