2 Rooms Available in a Chill Household

We are male and female, aged 29 and 30, looking for 2 other housemates to replace a housemate who is due to move out on the 15th of August. The house is a 4-bed property (lounge is converted to a bedroom) located in Banbury (very close to town centre). It has shared kitchen, bathroom, garden, and off-street parking. The rooms available is a single, and a box room (with a window), furnished with a single bed, built-in wardrobe (in the single room), and a study desk (in the single room). The box room has a single bed, and we would buy a single wardrobe and a bedside table to go in it when we find a tenant for it. The box room is ideal for Monday to Friday tenants to be honest.

As housemates, we are pretty laidback. We are good friends and colleagues, and we are hoping to find housemates preferably in our age range who we can have a laugh with. We enjoy going for a run when the weather permits it, or staying indoors cooking or hanging out in the garden for barbeque. We are also up for movie-over-drinks nights, but can be quiet if requried. We are generally tidy and neat people, and we would expect the same from our future housemates.

The rent for the single room is £380pcm, and the box room is £280; both include bills, which are gas and electric, wifi-broadband, council tax and water. We are going to apply for a TV license if required, because at the moment we don't watch TV at all; and the TV license people advised us not to get one unless we watch live streaming programs online.
