2 rooms for rent for professionals only

I have a 3 bed house in which a room had become available as of June 9th.
There is one existing friendly housemate as well as myself who occasionally pops home for a few weeks at a time as I work mostly abroad. Professionals only please...References will be needed. No couples or students...However, young professionals may apply.

The house has a nice garden, living room, dining room and kitchen as well as three bedrooms, shower and toilet, garden both front and back. The house is always kept in good condition, with washing machine, broadband internet access, 3D, HD, Smart TV. Your room would look out on to a green field. We live in a nice quiet area and are looking for a friendly clean and tidy person to join us. You would be expected to contribute equally to household chores like the emptying thr trash.

The rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax.
