I have a double bedroom to rent within my three bedroom house there is three door pine wardrobe and 5drawer chest it has TV aerial socket ..TV not supplied. two double plug sockets .a double radiator that runs on my gas central heating .

its freshly decorated with new carpet in a neutral colour with cream curtains .if required the tenant will have own use of half the kitchen as its large shared dishwasher freezer washing machine and your own small fridge

.there is off road parking re driveway. Ample room for large van or two cars .

the property is situated to a two main walk to local londis store with post office there is a pizza takeaway next to the shop .the bus stop where there is a bus into town every 12 mins ..and every 30 mins Saturday Sundays .

.about me ..I'm a friendly lady and I'm a hairdresser I spend more time at my part enters flat .but when I'm home in the winter months I cook dinner and chill out in my living room .in the better weather I'm out and about and spend loads time sat in back garden chilling.

I have a son of 20 that sometimes stays at the house .I also have a fan daughter of 7 that is an absolute delight never naughty or noisy ..its a lovely home that I keep clean organized and tidy ..
