I am moving to the Hanwell Fields area in May/June this year. At the moment the property has not been picked, but I am searching for houses/flats max £800pm with parking. Two double rooms has been specified. If there is a large response to this ad then a 3 bedroom is always viable.
The postcode on the ad is the Hanwell Fields Community Centre.
A professional person is preffered, a non-smoker as I personally find the smell carries, between 22 and 35.
Ideally I'd like to meet my future roommate(s) before renting the property.
I am 28, a professional in full time work with a lot of other interests outside of the home. At the weekends I'm either found at the polo (summer) or on the hunting/shooting field (winter.)
