House is located on the Alma Road Estate in the town center of Banbury. The house is one minute walk from local shops takeaways, train station, royal mail collection center and 5 minutes walk to town center.

Before I go through all the specifications of the property let me tell you a little more about me (Troy)
You will be sharing the property with myself i know this may seem a little daunting at first living with a live in landlord. But I have always want my tenant to think of this house as being there's as much as it is mine

I'm a pretty chilled out guy I generally spend my time, playing games ( yet still socialable) and a few nights a week at my girlfriends. This gives you plenty of time to have full use of the house to yourself, and I always happy for you to have friends over etc.
I'm really looking for a tennant that's a bit like myself im not quiet but no means loud. I dont have ocd but I like the place kept tidy.

The Property:

The Rent is £475 pcm, + £200 security deposit all bills are included plus Highspeed fibre internet, Netflix and Amazon prime. Happy for you to use my logins in your room too.

Your Room:
Double ensuite bedroom fully furnished to a high standard. All furniture in room is solid oak from cargo and bed comes with a £600 mattress TV is not Included.
The ensuite consists of shower, toilet and basin. But you can always feel free to use my bathroom too.

The bedroom has just a fresh coat of paint, new curtains etc, and the ensuite shower has just had a new door and reseal as it was starting look a little aged.

kitchen: washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. You get half the fridge two drawers The freezer and two cupboards in the kitchen.

Lounge: Dining table and large display unit feel free to pop a family photo on the display unit its your lounge too.
large corner sofa that's hard to get out of when your comfortable. Also have all the toys projector surround sound, 70mb fibre and netflix.

The Garden: Decking bbqs sunshine, well sometimes sunshine.

Honestly the house is fully setup with everything you would need, but more than happy for you to add your own touches to the place.
