Room 1 has a grey solid wood King sized bed with very comfortable & good quality mattress, dressing table, bedside tables & lamp, chest-of-drawers x 2 & a chair.

The room will include your own private downstairs toilet/washroom, off a small hallway area.

The main bathroom, which includes bath & shower is off the spacious landing. The house has two separate reception rooms, large kitchen and shared garden.

Also available - Room 2 - A lovely bright and newly decorated double room available with double bed, new luxury mattress, fitted wardrobes, desk & chair, bedside table & lamp and garden views.

All bills, Council Tax and fast WiFi included (extra booster within the house).

Happy to accept couples - the cost will be £1000 per month for a couple.

This is a 4 bedroom house, and you will be sharing with me and my 14 year old son. We are a happy, creative and tidy household. My son and I are very much into music and most other artistic and creative areas.

There are also good sized front and back gardens here, which I keep tidy and are a nice space to relax. I have two cats and a few chickens in a sectioned off part of the garden; I get fresh eggs from my chickens every day!

Parking spaces are right outside the property, which faces a pretty central green. Upper Heyford is a friendly and sociable village, which seems to appeal to dog walkers and joggers. :)

This house is situated only a 5 minute walk from a local Sainsbury's, Bicycle Cafe, Baton restaurant, 455 cocktail bar & bowling alley, Heyford Hotel, dentist surgery, pharmacy and the bus stops for public transport into Bicester and Oxford.

We also have a public gym here, which is within the Heyford School Leisure Centre - also a 5 minute walk from my home.

The Heyford Green has various events through the spring and summer months with live music, street food stalls and other activities, which is a really nice added bonus of living in Upper Heyford.

This en-suite room is available from 16th May 2024.
The double garden room is available from approximately 5th June (potentially earlier).
