Newly decorated home and refurbed to a high standard with a considerate dog owner...seeking a friendly responsible professional to rent a room who loves dogs.

Property very close to bicester village and the right side of bicester for the motorway (m40) and a34. Very accessible location if you need to travel to/from work or get back to after a night out.

Double room complete with double built in wardrobe&bed overlooking land/trees. Newly decorated. Real wooden flooring, small cupboard provided as well and if needed, duvet etc. can be too. House is double glazed & central heating throughout.

Bathroom has been totally refurbished, new bath, shower, tiles etc. to a high standard and has underfloor heating. New fusebox, electrics are all checked by electrician.

Hallway/stairs has new carpet. Front room and dining room newly decorated to a high standard with real wood flooring. Kitchen has all the normal mod cons, washing machine, gas oven etc. Broadband available, sky downstairs.

There is a garden with a small patio and grass....to be redesigned but still useable (evidence of this is bbqs when the weather's good!)

Amenities less than 5/10 second walk include Tesco Metro, Fish and Chip shop, Bus Stop (to Oxford or town centre) & parking.
Landlord is a non smoker, professional female, who owns 2 small dogs.

I am clean, considerate, quiet but friendly and sociable, it would be great to rent a room to someone who has similar qualities.

Tenant MUST love dogs (essential as I have 2 and my dogs are important to me) and should be clean & tidy (e. g clean areas they use.) They should be friendly, considerate, trustworthy and a professional.

Ideally I am looking to let for a longer term such as a year to the right person.
