Spacious Double in Village Location

Hi, I’m Adam. I’m a live in Landlord based in the picturesque village of Poundon. I live in a light, airy and comfortable cottage that overlooks open fields and paddocks.

The available room is spacious and airy, complete with its own TV, double bed, desk, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and even a has a scenic view to wake up to in the morning.

As a professional myself I’m looking for another professional who is equally considerate at keeping the house clean, tidy and a pleasant place to live. The room is available Monday to Friday.

Just next to the bedroom is the shared bathroom, but you'll be given precedence getting ready in the mornings as there is a shower/toilet downstairs that I tend to use instead. Downstairs the kitchen is available to use as and when needed. You'll also be able to use the drive for off-road parking.

Poundon is a great location within close proximity of Bicester (10 mins) and about 20 mins from Buckingham and Brackley and about 25 mins from Oxford with easy access to the M40 and Bicester Village/Bicester North Train Stations. There is friendly village pub just 2 mins walk away.
