It is in a quite place and rather convenient for shops, markets and a pharmacy, which is only 10 minutes on foot and 10 to 15 minutes to Bicester village. The rent is £490pcm including bills (electricity, water, gas, council tax, fast internet and TV licence).
I am looking for a professional, considerate, strictly non smoker and tidy housemate.
