Large double room available to rent in a modern shared family house on bure park, Bicester. The nature reserve is on our doorstep. The rent of £650 includes all bills and broadband. The room has a small TV attached to the wall, a double bed, set of drawers and a wardrobe with patio doors opening to the garden. The house is a 3 storey house where the landlady and her 2 children aged 11 and 14 live. They reside mostly on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We have a beautiful friendly dog. The house is set in a quiet location accessible to shops/restaurants/Chinese/fish chip shop/Drs and pharmacy. 10 minutes walk into bicester town, 25 minutes walk to bicester village. The bus stops outside our house to go into bicester town and offers a regular daily service. The room is on the ground floor, the utility room could be used as a small kitchen and there is a toilet and shower on the same floor. We are a busy family who are always out and about. The landlady works full time, term time. The room is available from 7 February,
