I've got a room available for rent in Botley. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO THE SMALL SIZE OF THE ROOM, AS PICTURED - it might not suit everyone, however plenty of storage available.

The location:
- Located in 15 min walk from the Westway shopping centre in Botley.
- 10 min bike ride to Oxford Brookes' Harcourt Hill campus. Also home to Brooks gym and swimming pool - open to public.
- 2 min walk to the public footpath over local fields (brilliant for walking or running)
- Peaceful and very secure neighbourhood.

The house:
- 3 bed semi.
- Live-in Landlord, very accommodating and a nice guy in his late 50's.
- Have a couple living in the other room - very quiet but nice people :)
- Large back garden with washing line.
- Large living room with 3 sofas and TV connected to Virgin.
- Dining table & shared kitchen.

Amenities:
- Washing machine + dryer
- Cable TV
- Power-shower and bath
- Wireless broadband
- Limited parking

The Room:
- Comes with a single bed.
- Cosy to say the least - it's quite small.
- Has plenty of storage in cupboards above the bed.
- More storage available in the garage and a big chest of drawers on the landing if needed.

All in all - you will be more than welcome and encouraged to use the rest of the house and the living room, to compensate for the size of the room.

Landlord doesn't mind couples if you can squeeze one in here, but it will be a bit extra, £350.
