We live beside a meadow half way down Botley road. We have a lovely flat with two good sized double rooms, both ensuite. It's a new property, built in 2012/2013. It's a very safe building with private off road parking spaces available and a secure bike shed.
The flat is light, airy, clean, very quiet and peaceful and cosy.
We are a young couple who have just moved into the flat together. We have busy work schedules and are quite often not home until bedtime. We are relaxed, friendly, sociable and respectful. We spend our weekends outdoors- exercising, eating tasty food and enjoying a nice drink with friends
We are a 15 minute walk Into the centre of town
