Double Room

This is a big four bedroom house in Botley, five minutes walk from the bus into the city with all local amenities on the door step.

I work in the City in a professional job. Now my family have flown the nest I prefer the house to be used than empty. I have one long term sharer but have two additional rooms I am willing to let.

Its a very clean and tidy house. You get to use the whole house, kitchen lounge and dinning room and for an extra charge I could make the dinning room a living room just for you exclusive use.

I expect sharers to do their share of cleaning etc and not to have guests for more than the odd night.
