This lovely, quiet room is recently refurbished and has an en-suite shower room. The room is separate from the rest of the bedrooms up its own staircase that leads off the main stairs. We’d be happy to provide a television if required. The room is south facing so is cheerful and light, with large windows looking out onto the garden.

The house is spacious and detached, and has been recently refurbished. The rent includes access to all downstairs rooms, including a large kitchen/dining room with all mod cons, separate utility room, downstairs WC, and two separate sitting rooms. The communal areas are cleaned regularly. Super-fast broadband is included, as are all bills. The garden is extremely pretty and is divided into three areas so there will always be somewhere quiet and private to relax when the sun shines. There is ample parking available, and a garage for bikes. There is also extra storage if need be.

We are a friendly family of three, we both work and our daughter has just started pre-school. We are ideally looking for a Monday to Friday lodger at £450pcm, and are happy to consider short term lets. We would consider full time, the rent for this would be £550pcm.

The road is quiet and leafy, and leads off the Eynsham Road, so is very close to buses into Oxford and out towards Witney and beyond. Oxford train station is just under two miles away. Plus the ring road and access to the A420 to Swindon and the M4 beyond are really close. West Oxford is very compact, so houses benefit from being close to the city, and close to the countryside. There is a local shopping centre a few minutes’ walk away.
