Lodgers are expected to keep the room and house as tidy as it is now and to be respectful in terms of noise and politeness to everyone in the house. Very friendly but good standards to be maintained. Overnight visitors are not encouraged as not covered under deposit or insurance. Use of lovely garden with private gazebo and drying space. Beautiful Cotswold town with transport facilities to Witney and Oxford. Near to Swindon and Banbury.
