Double furnished room, recently carpeted and furnished and painted (new photos due) , with a single open wardrobe. This room is 1 of 3 rooms upstairs ( my son 16 has a room, and a fourth room downstairs where I reside with my husband and 2 dogs. The house forms part of the original 1700 house.

Bills included and full access to the kitchen.

Non-smoker required, must be okay with dogs. Ideally would suit a student at university wanting a family environment or a mature professional wanting good commuter links on a weekday basis ( train station less than a kilometre away). Or a professional that works away from home in the week and needs a local base.

We an are a sporty/active family In Cholsey near Wallingford, great commuter networks (about 7 min walk to the station) which go directly to Oxford/Reading and onto London. There is a nice pub opposite the house which is quiet and provides excellent food and lodgers park there or on the road with no issue.
