Double room to sublet over the summer off Cowley
Hi lovely people! I am looking to sub-let my gorgeous double bedroom in an equally gorgeous house just off Cowley Road from the end of May-20th August (can be flexible with start date). This rooms form part of a 6-bedroom post-grads and professionals house.
Please see pictures attached. Rent for room at £713. Bills not included.
There are 3 bathrooms (including en suite) and an open plan kitchen/dining/living space. The room is on the second floor. There are stairs going up to the first and second floors and one step going down into the kitchen/living/room. There is a bathroom on the ground floor but it is not currently wheelchair accessible. There is a good size garden and secure bicycle parking too.
We are sociable as a house and enjoy each other’s company whilst also having our own schedules and being respectful of one another’s space. We like having people round and the occasional party but aren’t a Party House. Into copious amounts of tea/coffee, farmers market and complimenting each other’s dinners.
