Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near to the shops in Temple Cowley, this part-furnished double bedroomroom in a fully-furnished converted barn property has free parking outside. Bills and council tax which total about £165/ month are NOT included but still mean this room represents great value-for-money and will be snapped up fast!

The house is a good size over 3 floors with a well equiped kitchen and washing machine and there is a south-facing court yard and fast-speed wireless internet connection. You would share a bathroom with just 1 other housemate on the first floor as the 2nd floor bedroom has its own en-suite. There is also another toilet on the ground floor plus a communal living room and dining room area.

The new housemate needs to be in full-time work (no students, please), clean & tidy, respectful of other housemates and had previous experience of sharing in a house so understands the “give and take” that this entails.

This is a friendly “home” rather than a place of lodgings where we both work full- time (some nights) but are relaxed and get on well with each other. It is important to us that whoever moves in is friendly and can get on with life in the house. 😊
