I have 1 twin double room to rent in a shared family home in the area of East Oxford. This house is located off the mainstream cowley rd, near to John Radcliffe/Nuffield/Churchill HospItal/ Oxford Brookes University, and 15 minute walk to the city centre. Oh and yes we do have no pets,

There is a bus stop near by along with local shops. No smoking/Drinking on premises. the room is preferably for twin students/ single student/ single professional/ twin professionals, Radiators that work, Excellent internet connection And we are happy and friendly people.

The kitchen facilities are used to a minimum it's ie.. Microwave, toaster, kettle, and sink for day to day use.

Please note the rent £600 per month for one person only two people is £800 per month the ad£600 is for one person only. To accept the room you will need to pay one month's rent plus one month's deposit on the day you move in please understand this before making enquiries. and all bills are included.
